The Holy Quran is divided into 30 parts, called paras or juz. Para 5 of the Holy Quran contains chapters 4 and 5, and part of chapter 6. Chapter 4, titled “An-Nisa” (The Women), covers a wide range of topics related to women’s rights, marriage, and inheritance. Chapter 5, titled “Al-Ma’ida” (The Table Spread), covers topics such as the laws of food and drink, gambling, and the prohibition of certain meats. This section of the Quran also contains verses related to the story of Adam and Eve and the story of Cain and Abel.
